WayAhead Leadership Solutions Pte Ltd started in early 2005 as part of the Garner group. In September 2006 the company became 100% owned by Dennis Heath, an Executive Coach and co-founder of the original Garner company. Along with the change of ownership came a complete brand update to “WayAhead”, including the “Flying W” logo, symbolising the first letter of our company name and the leap forward executives experience in their performance as a direct result of our professional executive coaching.
The company focuses on the development of senior managers through the application of professional coaching. WayAhead approved Coaches all have extensive business experience and most importantly have undergone formal Coach training. The overriding requirement to qualify as a WayAhead Coach is extensive experience at management level, within a corporate environment, coupled with formal Coach training. All Coaches working on WayAhead projects must also adhere to the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics.

Malaysia and Indonesia are handled from Singapore and Hong Kong will shortly be added to the list of countries we serve.
